Then we really want you in our fast-growing team as a Customer Success Manager, with the mission to achieve high customer satisfaction, create trustful relationships and help our clients to get the most out of our tools.
At aimpower you will be responsible to create and implement engagement strategies for our SaaS solution “brainsuite”, which allows to evaluate any creative assets at lightning speed and at scale. This includes working directly with customers to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction. You are responsible for a smooth and fast transition during the onboarding process – in order to constantly convert these experiences to services or content resources that will be valuable for any new customer. Your role will also involve working closely with management and our teams in sales, marketing and product development to guarantee the best usage experience and fast product adoption in alignment with business objectives.
